Taco Rico started with a simple idea: serve tacos that taste like they came from a street vendor in Mexico City — fast, fresh, and unapologetically bold.
Every tortilla is hand-pressed daily. Every protein is marinated in-house using recipes passed down through three generations. We source locally when we can and import the rest directly.
Based right here in Lexington, we've become a fixture at local events, office parks, and weekend gatherings. If you haven't caught the truck yet, you're missing out.
